We often use Invisalign attachments during the Invisalign process to increase the Invisalign effectiveness. Invisalign attachments are tiny, tooth-colored shapes bonded to individual teeth to reduce the amount of space between the tooth and the aligner. This promotes quicker movement for teeth that require an extra nudge.

Choose from a variety of interest-free payment plans, and if you have orthodontic insurance coverage, we’ll file your claims for you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit.
How does Invisalign Teen work?
Using iTero scanning technology, Dr. Saxe will make quick, precise 3-D impressions of your child’s teeth to begin the Invisalign process. These impressions will be used to create their custom treatment plan with Invisalign Teen.
You’ll receive a set of custom aligners: one for your top teeth and one for your bottom teeth. Every 1 to 2 weeks, your teen will switch out his or her current set of aligners to wear a new set, and every 10 to 12 weeks, you’ll visit our office to receive new sets of aligners.
Each set of Invisalign Teen aligners is custom-made to shift teeth closer to the ideal alignment. Your teen will wear aligners for at least 20 to 22 hours a day.
