All consultations with our experienced orthodontist, Dr. Saxe, are 100% complimentary. Your complimentary exam includes your diagnostic photos, X-rays, 3-D intraoral scan, and a consultation of your current condition and available treatment options. We provide your initial examination for free, because we want you to feel comfortable with your decision to start treatment with us.

We bring you affordable payment plans! No matter which payment plan you choose, all of our financial options are interest free. We’re proud to offer competitive orthodontist prices! We want to help you make the best choice for you and your smile – at an affordable price.

We accept orthodontic insurance for adults, teens and kids!

If you have insurance for braces or Invisalign, this will reduce your personal cost. We will contact your provider to determine your orthodontic benefits prior to your initial consultation, so you can have an accurate estimate of the cost of orthodontics at your initial consultation. Once treatment has started, we are happy to submit insurance claims for you as a courtesy.

If you don’t have insurance, we’ll work with you to create an affordable payment plan for braces without insurance.

At Saxe Orthodontics, we are proudly premier providers for PPO insurances to ensure that our patients receive the highest possible service and care at the most affordable treatment fee. 

We are in-network with TRICARE for orthodontic coverage, because we’re proud to support military families in and around our area.  

We also accept insurance providers for public service personnel (e.g. firemen, nurses, policemen, teachers, and more). We’re grateful for your service!

We also work with patients who have Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA or other pre-tax dollar plans) to design creative contracts. We strongly recommend you research and discuss the details with your Human Resources prior to your initial appointment.

The fee covers all charges for orthodontic treatment and appliances agreed upon at the consultation including:

• Diagnosis and individualized orthodontic treatment plan developed by Dr. Saxe 
• Study models throughout treatment
• X-rays and photographs throughout treatment
• All services rendered in the office by the doctors and their team
• All regularly scheduled and non-regular visits throughout orthodontic treatment
• Retainer for the arch(es) being treated
• 1 year of retention visits (after braces have been removed)
• All observation visits between Phase I and Phase II (if applicable)
